Court fines Google 3.5 mln rbl for links to blocked resources
MOSCOW, May 27 (PRIME) -- A magistrate of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow has fined Google a 3.5 million ruble fine for showing links to blocked resources, the court’s press secretary Zulfia Gurinchuk told PRIME on Thursday.
Google was found guilty of a repeated failure to terminate giving search results upon users’ requests about the information resources, and the information and telecommunications networks to which access was restricted on the territory of the country.
The court earlier fined the U.S. company 6 million rubles for non-deletion of forbidden content.
